Our Service Nature

Konvity provides browser-based file conversion tools. We do not store, host, or transmit user files. All file processing happens entirely in the user's browser. Therefore, we do not host user-generated content that could infringe copyright.

Copyright infringement claims are typically applicable only to content we host on our own servers, which for Konvity is limited to our website content (text, images, code).

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content hosted on konvity.com (not user-converted files) infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA notice to us with the following information:

2. A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
3. The exact URL on konvity.com where the infringing content appears
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

Where to Send DMCA Notices

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification including: your contact information, identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, your consent to local federal court jurisdiction, and your signature.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will disable access by users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
